Hi ladies! I would love to join if you don't mind! I was a part of this thread once before and actually was down to 158. I got off track and for some reason could not get back on and found myself im the 170's where I promised myself I'd never go again. But I started back hard core yesterday and this morning was 169.8 so I'm ready to start losing again!
I've made my "official" weigh in day Monday, but I admit I weigh myself every morning . When does everyone here weigh in? And what kind of eating/exercise routines are you following? I'm currently doing calorie counting (1,500 to 1,600 range) and working out 5 days a week on my wii fit (mwf cardio for 60 min and tr yoga/strength training for 60 min, rest sat and sun). I'd love to hear what is working for everyone!
woobers- honestly, i do not really like it all that much. the wii itself is awesome and i plan to buy the EA Sports Active and the Biggest Loser games for it, but the fit plus game just does not give me the workout i am looking for. there are some really cool and fun games on there, but each last about 3-5 min and then you have to choose another. it is very fun, but if you are looking for one continous challenging workout, i would suggest getting a different game.
So, I was a little bummed because when i weighed yesterday morning I was back up to 170.1 but this morning I am down to 169.4 maybe it was water? Anyway I don't care as long as the scale keeps going down!
Well, ta ta, girls, I was officially 159.2 this morning!!! I seriously do not EVER remember being in the 150's as an adult. I remember being 152 at a doctor's appointment in 5th grade which felt huuuuge compared to all the other 11yo girls.
It's been divine, but I hope to never post in this thread again!
Well I was 168.8 this morning, so still firmly in the 160's but at least the scale is moving in the right direction. My official weigh-in day is Monday, but as of right now I am down 2 lbs since i started back last Monday!

I feel like I'm going to be stuck in the 160's club forever. I'm up today to 163.5 Possibly due to the drinks and stuffing I had last night for the Golden Globes.
Back up to 168.2... TOM came yesterday and my muscles are sore so I'm sure I'm retaining water or something but seriously? This better go away before Monday's official weigh-in!
I am making a come back to this wonderful site. I have no clue why i got so careless and stopped following in the first place. Anyways. I need loads of motivation since i am coming in after a while. I am at 162.4 and I desperately need to be in the 150s by the 1st week of Feb. You all are sooo awesome. And I wanna get back my "I can do this" attitude again.
Welcome Sweettooth, you can definately do it! Can't wait til I'm almost in the 150's I still have a good 6-7 lbs to go. But I'm going to make it slowly but surely!
Haha, i'm still at 161 from when I joined these forums. I'm very disappointed in myself, but I hope to get my motivation back. The winter's got me down. You all inspire me. Good day.
