I've made my "official" weigh in day Monday, but I admit I weigh myself every morning
. When does everyone here weigh in? And what kind of eating/exercise routines are you following? I'm currently doing calorie counting (1,500 to 1,600 range) and working out 5 days a week on my wii fit (mwf cardio for 60 min and tr yoga/strength training for 60 min, rest sat and sun). I'd love to hear what is working for everyone!
