1. Daily posts -day 14 with 3/3 pauses left
2. No frappes or sodas -day 13 with 2/3 pauses left
3. Follow exercise plan - day 13 with 2/3 pauses left
4. Daily abs and stretching - day 14 with 3/3 pauses left

So, need to report two NSVs. 1) I was making spaghetti tonight, and I actually measured out how much I cooked. It was mroe than one serving, but since normally it is how every much I feel like dumping into the pan (often turning three night's meals into 1), I feel it is a victory! 2) I didn't salt the pasta. Normally, I always add salt to rice, potatoes, eggs, and pasta. It was hard to say no, but I did. Woo hoo.

Having said that, where the heck are you all!!! I feel like Sybil Ann here, talking to myself. And supporting others helps motivate me, whcih I can't do if everyone is lurking. Come on y'all Let's get back in the game.

Have to report two NSVs. First, I had spaghetti on the menu for the next three nights, and I actually measured out how much pasta I was going to cook. Now it was more than 1 serving, but since normally I put in whatever I feel like dumping, which often turns three nights' meals into one, I think it is a victory. Second, I didn't add salt to my pasta. May not seem like such a big thing, but I know I need to cut down on the salt, and I always add salt to my eggs/potatoes/rice/pasta.

Having said all that, where the heck is everyone I am starting to feel like Sybil Ann here, talking to myself all the time. I want to support and be supported, and I can't do that alone. Come on y'all. Get back in the game with me!

diyana, thank you!! jolly, sorry to not be in much but at least I pop in for a hello. Yes, do encourage me, jolly! I need a kick in the butt!

That was a great save on the spaghetti. It's so easy to load up on carbs and calories with pasta! This kind of awareness is a huge step, jolly! Hurrah for you!!
I just haven't felt like doing any challenges. I should though. And I have to start up the new thread. Just give me some time at the computer. I'm out the door again now!
