Another two pounds down. I'm thinking of joining the local gym because walking the dogs once a day isn't going to do it. I need to start toning up.

Excited that I hit my goal for September (225)....but then of course went out to eat so I'm up from that. Still a very good down for the week though, so I'll take it! My goal is not really very reasonable at this point, but I'll keep pushing for it.

It's funny because i actually edited it recently to be more forceful about the commitment coming....I have to convince myself somehow!!
