Thanks for the suggestions. It's been a hard two days! I have a terrible cold too so nothing taste good (may be a good thing). They wouldn't let me choose my own they just gave me different selections and none are the same. I was starved so my husband made me a protein shake of his powder he gets from sams. The nutritional values were close to the IP. That's what's been keeping me going and I can keep those down.
Adding some spices or veggies to the soup might make it more palatable.


You can do this! Oh and we can't get cute tickers until we are members for 20 days and have 20 post. I can't wait...just another goal
