It's a rainy day, here, so I've got an indoor workout planned. Hope everyone is doing well!

4: 50 min gardening; 280/1600
Week One
11/01: Cardio&Zumba class - 01:47:00 - 788 cal according to HRM
11/02: Cardio class - 02:02:01 - 838 cal according to HRM
11/03: Arc trainer & bike - 01:03:03 566 cal according to HRM
11/04: Rest day - walked 3 miles leisurely

Today was rough, I almost gave up on working out completely. Halfway into my 30 min cardio workout, I was just so bored out of my mind that I shut it off. Then I went into my lower body pilates, which went pretty well, but I couldn't keep my balance or keep up with the moves, so overall it just felt like a waste of a day.
By the evening, I was still upset that my workout had gone sour, on top of my eating being iffy the past few days. So after dinner I walked out to the track by my house (I live by a high school) and did a 4.0 mph power walk for 2 miles. Gotta push through!

xRiotGirl: it takes awhile to found a workout that works -- and then it gets boring and you have to find something else! Good for you for pushing forward.
