Doing very well at 4 days per week. Feeling and seeing visible results.
3. Do Pilates 2 - 3 days per week for 20 - 30 minutes:
Been doing 2 days of Pilates per week for 15 - 30 mins. at a time. Going to try and get in an extra day, even for a 10 minute cool down stretch.

I felt jittery and shaky when I attempted to workout today and both cardio and strength so I just left the gym and decided to take it as a rest day tomorrow back on the horse! (elliptical) :P Have a great day ladies!

Just finished doing the lower body section of Karen Voight's Great Weghted Workout, and what a killer I got through most of it but what a killer!! My lower body now feels like jello and I want to cry I know I'm going to be sore in the morning!
