  • November is a challenging month for those of us in the US with a big food-centered holiday at the end, starting a month-long food-centered celebration. We can combat that challenge by setting up a challenge of our own -- a counter-balance to prevailing culture.

Whether you are in the US or not, please join us for the November Weight Loss Challenge.

What do you want to do in November to further your weight loss goals? State and track your weight loss goals here. (Check out our sister thread, November Exercise Challenge for exercise-related goals). We'll combine all of our goals together in a list and turn them RED when they are completed -- that's a celebration!

Let's go into November with cheer and determination!

    CW 255.6
    GW 249

I know I have set the same goal for a few months now. But I am determined to reach it before the year ends.

I am changing up things for myself for the month of November. I'm really going to try better.
  • I'm in! My end of the year goal is to no longer be "morbidly/extremely obese," which is at #206.8. My goal is to lose #10 this month. There's a few BIG hurdles this month - Boyfriend's b-day 8th, BFF coming to visit 16-18, Going to TN the 21-24 (which includes 2 days of nothing but road for 12 hours). Also, I'm generally a slow loser, so pushing for #10 in 30 days is going to be a huge struggle!

    SW: #225.8
    GW: #215.8
  • My end result of an up and down October is back where I started. Which is good since I'm slipping into maintenance.

My goal for November: 20+ morning weigh-ins below 76kgs
  • Good morning everyone!

Last night I semi binged/overate a ton of halloween candy, peanut brittle, caramels, tootsie rolls, etc and am feeling a little mad at myself this morning. But I'm trying to just focus on doing well in November even though I ended October a little rough. I've got 2-3 lbs to lose by Thanksgiving and I think that's definitely do-able for me (I hope)

so good luck staying OP today everyone! happy november!
