    Wow, I can't believe I never thought of it that way haha! Actually, when I need to spend hours a night fixing and straightening the items on the shelves, I do kind of incorporate that, moving quickly between shelf heights, 'high and low.' Extra calories burned

    I'm posting this before I do it, so I might have to edit it later on:
