B: leftover tofu scramble
S: green monster lemonade(hopefully) spinach, 1/2 apple, 2 lemon, cucumber, pineapple. YUM.
L: huge arugula salad with cukes, tomatoes, mushrooms, and topped with buffalo quinoa
S: banana smoothie topped with a lil granola... this sooo hit the spot!

B: cheesecake smoothie thingee (cottage cheese, small amt cream cheese, dollop of PB, spoonful of cocoa and stevia....OMG I feel like I'm cheating!)
S: cheese stick and/or veggies
L: leftover spaghetti squash and sauce
D: vinegar pulled pork (not really phase I, but no cravings), slaw, and whatever else I make to go with it
Phase II
B. a yummy chocolate smoothie for a change
L. toasted tomato sandwich on ww bread, cheddar cheese, pepper strips, ff sf yogurt
D. omelet with potato, chard, sliced tomato with pesto, grapes in ff sour cream sprinkled with brown Splenda and chopped walnuts.
B - coffee, smoothie
S - broccoli & hummus
L - last of the pesto chicken (So good I'll def have to make more soon!)
S - trying the vanilla chia pudding
D - meat sauce over spaghetti squash - if I can find it at the store - or zuchinni, salad * couldn't find the squash so zuchinni it is. Honestly getting sick of it though

D: Chicken with green chiles w/ black beans and other veggies
On a side note, I got thrown into an unexpected baby shower last night. I avoided the smell of Chinese food at lunch and cake in the afternoon at work so this was a definite bummer. I did the best I could with food kinda tossed my way and not being close enough to those in attendance to wiggle my way out of it tactfully and discreetly. I nibbled at everything (all simple carbs! ) but I know it affected me as I was seriously craving last night.
So, depending on the cravings, I may do an extra few days or a week on Phase 1. The positive note is, I did avoid the cake, cookies, lemon bars, etc.
