Coondocks - you would definitely be retaining some water, you'll get it off soon I'm sure! The 4 hours of sleep definitely would NOT help! The chocolate is, uhm.. not chocolately? I don't love chocolate myself, I'll have it when I have PMS but thats about it. But these, OMG, caramel, pecans, salty with a little chocolate, oh my!

I am going to make food my priority right now, I am fairly active with my job, and once I get into a good routine I'll do some structured exercise.

Thanks for the advice, it was just what I needed, I think I was trying to bite off a little too much, yah know? I mean I've followed SB for 3.5 months, but maybe I'm just not ready for exercise just yet. I trust that you'll get there, you know what to do! This is just a temporary gain!
