    exercise: teaching 2 step classes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, 2 mile run
  • B: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 oz lean ham, spinach and LF cheese
    S: cheese stick and/or fresh veggies
    L: leftover chili
    D: spag sauce with turkey ital sausage, extra yellow squash and zucchini, over spaghetti squash

    exercise - trail run, if I'm lucky

    B. ww toast with PB and cucumber, an orange
    L. Green Monster - cottage cheese, strawberries, chard, Fibre1, etc.
    D. frittata (with potato cubes, red & green peppers, onions) green beans, chard

    B : Green Monster (protein powder, skim milk, spinach, PB)
    S : Celery & Laughing Cow
    L : Black Bean Soup (recipe from these forums) & tomato
    S : 15 pecans
    D : skillet mix of eggplant, green pepper, & morningstar farms griller crumbles & salsa

    B: Breakfast Casserole (mushrooms, turkey bacon, egg)
    S: Cheese
    L: Chicken w/ Tzatziki sauce, sauteed broccoli & cauliflower
    S: Peanuts
    D: Chicken curry w/ veggies over steamed cabbage
  • B: Coffee with Splenda and lt. Cream
    2 eggs, spinach, FF feta cheese
    S: V8 + cheese stick
    L: Refried bean soup w/ shredded cheddar cheese + 1/2 chicken breast
    NS yogurt w/T homemade pumpkin butter
    S: Pure Bar
    D: "cheeseburger" casserole + salad
    S: Green Monster

    L - leftover baked chicken with pesto, zucchini
    S - broccoli & hummus. ** was craving sweet so had yogurt & almonds instead
    D - beef stew

    L: Kashi meal, salad
    S: cucumber and bell pepper with hummus
    S: apple
    D: grilled cheese and turkey on WW sandwich thin with dijon, cucumber slices
    D: NSA fruit pop

    1: fried egg/canadian bacon/spinach/cheddar/avocado on ww/flax seed/fiber sandwich thin, iced coffee w splenda and lt cream
    2: choco/mixed frozen berry/labne/almond milk/chia smoothie

    L: Veg and chicken

    B - coffee with 2% milk. Oatmeal-cottage cheese pancake (w/ 1 egg and 1/2 c. cottage cheese this time = so good!) with sliced pear and a drizzle of honey
    L - Vegetarian chili, side spinach salad with Trader Joes' Goddess dressing. Iced tea.
    S - broc/pepper slices with spicy hummus, celery with laughing cow light or peanut butter,
    D - don't know yet - might be OUT
    dessert - depends on what dinner was. Maybe yogurt with wild blueberries, my usual.
