Awe AFChick, it well could be the salt. It does crazy things to the body. It's just as hard to gain 4.8 pounds of FAT as it is to lose it. It isn't all fat.

Can I brag? This isn't my official weigh in post because my partner does that for us, but I just had to say I lost 5.8 pounds this week!! That's like a beginners diet loss! And I am so not just beginning. I restricted carbs to get me moving again and apparently it worked.

Pix, I feel your pain, girl! I refuse to change mine either.

BeachB was 198 lost 4#s now 194 (on vacation too I might add. You Rock!)

Congrats to those who lost this week! For those who didn't lose as much as they wanted- keep your chin up! You've come so far already! Make tomorrow and the day after and the day after a good food day.

I'll tally up our scores in a few minutes (well, after my run).

My weigh in: 175.5/-.4/175.1

This week wasn't the best for me, so this week, everyone will know the name of MOLLZ because I'm going to the gym, drinking my water, eating better this week and writing down what I eat (which I've been slack with). I want to be at 78.9 soon so I can move my ticker to 79.

Good luck to everyone for next week's weigh-in!!

We've lost 35.3 pounds this week all together.
