??? Boy I would be in all kinds of trouble if I was a BL contestant. I HONESTLY did all I was supposed to last week and ended up with a 500-900 calorie deficit every day. I worked out 5 days and even had VBS every night...

WTH???

Know what you mean Pixie, I would of been gone a long time ago. My scale always seems to stick even though I do the work and sweat my butt off. I think it is just stubborn and doesn't want to let go!

Morning ladies.

It's been a real downer of a week. I even managed to not step on my scale. How's that?

I received some really shockingly bad news: my grandpa's dying. He's taken out his IV and feeding tube; says he's sick of the strokes, the hospitalisation, the heart problems- everything. He's been wanting to be with my Grandma, who died 4 years ago, so we're letting him go.

I've got a paper due on Monday 5 July and was away all last week. Loads of stress. Not coping well.

I'm missing a few weights from last week:
Want2Run; MelO; Beachbreeze2010

This week, those still needing to post some numbers:
Moxie574, Caro0811, Want2Run, ParkedOut, MelO and BeachBreeze2010

If you haven't posted since week 10, I'm not counting you in the final tally. So there.

I will be back once I get some numbers from you, but holy cow, it's a close race. Literally, .4 pounds separates first from second.

Mollz, I'm so sorry about your grandpa. We went through a similar situation with my dad. He past away last christmas. What helps me feel better is that he's not suffering anymore. It's still hard but it was for the best. Hang in there girl.

I'm sorry, Mollz. I hope you can find some peace. Sounds like he has and is ready to move on. I can't imagine being so frightfully ill all the time.

Been absent awhile and the scale shows it. Don't know last weeks weigh in, but this week is 291.8. I think that is up 3.6. Ugh, choices need to be better.
