I'm down this week, finally. Last week 175.1; loss of 0.6, this week 174.5 (give or take a few hundreths of a gram). I'm moving in the right direction, even if it is a lot slower than I want. That's alright. I'm losing and that's all that counts.

??? I stayed within my calories last week - but didn't eat as "clean" as usual. Pizza and Beer on Thursday...Mongolian Grill on Saturday...Panera on Sunday. Lesson learned - even if I stick within my calorie restrictions and exercise, I can't eat junk and get away with it.
