I was technically away last week- studying hard for exams.
But they're over now (YAY!) so I'm back in action. FINALLY made it to 78.9, so I changed my ticker! WOOHOO! But Uncle TOM and Aunt FLO are visiting and I think it's going to go up again. Been trying to get my water in, but it's been difficult. Lots of water during TOM helps me with the bloating and keeps me from gaining too much water weight.
I'm finding that 1290 calories is really low; I'm having a problem not feeling hungry and not being satisfied after my meals. I usually ask myself "am i satisfied" and lately, the answer's been a resounding "F*** NO!".
Having said that, I'm going back over my calories (once again) and doing a little tweaking: I probably need about 400 cals per meal and 100 per snack (1400 a day). It's Tuesday today, but I'll start that tomorrow and see where this week takes me.

209.4 no change from last week, ugh! But I did get to walk my daily 5+ miles again this week so I am startin to feel more like I did. I am hopin that it is just water retention. My time on here is growing short. My boys have me running in circles it seems and my posts get later and later in the week. Love the summertime!
