Free- I am putting it into my head that my official weigh in day is Sunday. I used to be a every day weigher. I can't promise I will not weigh every but I'm trying.
Hello counters! I did pretty good this week. Just shy of 2 lbs down to 155. I did about an average of 1500-1600 this week. Not alot of formal exercise but I did run around quite a bit. So I'm 6 lbs to my goal in 3 weeks time. My mini-goal this week is more exercise. I bought the Biggest Loser cardio tape. I did it once and it is great. Bob is too funny and cast members are the ones doing the workout with him. Bob's pushing them and they are a pretty uncoordinated bunch which makes me feel completely at home with them. It was actually kind of fun. These folks are sweating along with me...not like some tapes I have that I'm dying at the end and they haven't broken a sweat. Everyone have a great week!
im the same TINKY, i weigh everday but its hard, my metabolism is very slow, and suffers alot from TOM, and other things, ill probably loose once every few weeks, but i feel its like a ritual. anyway, its not exactly unhealthy is it, its just keeping your mind focussed on the task at hand.
