Im not sure if I will make it to weigh in this week with all the comotion around here. I have been stress eating anyway so I probably need to do take off next week! UGGGGG

Posted it over ont he monthly thread this morning, but I am at 152.6, so I need to hit 152.4 for a 2# loss for the week and 30 lbs total...hope I can get there.
Awesome Shennie!! I hit 30lb today and no one at my center even noticed, LOL! I hit 132.2 from doing TO for the last two days...y'know its too good to last, LOL!
Deets~ you have great determination, I truly would have given up by now and said I will stay were I am. I am so scared that I will hit a stall when I get close to the 140's since I am about 5'7" 140 is well into my weight class and with my hips and but, I am so scared that I won't be able to get there or even go lower.
But I will cross that bridge when I get to it. I did make it to 30.2 lbs lost today... I am officially 152.2..can't wait for the 140's (never satisfied I guess)

Congrats to all the losers, I am slowly plodding along - .6 lost this whole week. Thought it would more, I thought I did really OP this week, but the weight just refuses to leave!!
Gonna keep on though, got too much invested in this to quit now.

I was down another lb this morning - need to move my ticker I guess.....Hopefully I will be down a little more for our weekly Weds weigh in at work for our little contest.
WI today lost another 1.10, I was only 6oz away from my goal of 10lbs lost. But I will take it. Hope all you ladies had a wonderful weekend. Congrats on all the losses. They want me to not eat salad for lunch every day and switch to having my starch at lunch. V and P only for dinner. Avoid starch at dinner. So I will try. Do any of you have any ideas for snacks? I eat 2-3 raw pecans in between meals to fulfill the snacky urge and it works great for me. My center said that was ok.
