I started this diet....last week I think? I did fairly well and lost 6 lbs in around 4 days. It was great and I was ecstatic....then idk, I just totally went off my plan. Even in the beginning I would cheat just a little, but the scale kept going down so not too big of a problem I thought. But then my water intake dropped and so I gained back like 3 of 6lbs.

SOoooo, I'm starting over, and this time NO cheating!!! I kinda think I will do better with a having just a few options meal wise to choose from (I can eat the same thing day after day no problem) so I stocked up on salad, yogurt, tuna, and apples and some veggies. So...heres hoping for a really successful first 17 days!
