LOL!! That being said I really dont think any rules are being bent, it really looks like a typo since she did put the (-1) behind it. That would be incredibly unfair to have to use the 198 because then it messes the numbers up next week too.

I guess I'll tweak some things, but I've already lowered my points and that's what got the scale finally going down. I guess more fiber with veggies and fruit. I do know I"m not giving up like I would have before. I know it's not a diet, I don't want the diet mentality, I just want to lose this
