  • As much as possible in 8 weeks. That's my goal, lol. I've been stuck at 185 since September 1. Something's gotta give soon.

  • I have my exercising thing together but man I need to stop eating crazy crap !!!!!!!
  • I'm trying hard to get my weight as low as possible before the 21st of October, which is when I run a half-marathon. But why not continue through Halloween.? 1.5 lbs per week seems to be the best I can do.

  • My body is entirely too comfortable in the 180s. It's killing me. I've been in the 180s-190s since February. If I ever see 179 I may die of shock.

  • I'll join in. Halloween is a great mini goal--not too far away but enough to make a difference. I'm doing very low-carb and I seem to lose 2 lbs a week consistently so I'll pick a reasonable goal for me:
