ROTFLMAO Oh dear you can mot my floor anytime I just get to watch OK???

I was at the gym and saw Ozzie. I tild him I needed to be harb body by the end of the mongh can I do it. he started to figutre if i spend about 90 min daily 60 in cardio and 30 in weight lifting and atw only 100 cal and had so much protein i could do it then he asked why.

I told him th eend of the month i was going to start to dance and sell my body as i was out of work. he laughed and then i tole him that i did not have much rhythm and the reply was they are not lookingfor rhythm

but i did 25 min on the oliptical and then 25 hard crunches

curves count and so does jiggling everything counta as long as you are doing it!!!

Sue~~Ok, you did 50 minutes and not 90~~does that mean we're still worried about having rhythm???? lol

Jennifer~~You CANNOT watch! I'm very shy (not that you can tell here!) AND I don't do windows! BUT I GOT RHYTHM !! I'd better hush, she doesn't live too far from me!

Walked 3 miles today!!!! Now I am going to check myself into Jiff's room...Man! am I out of shape!!!

Nice to see the age old practice of the rhythm method is still being used!!!!

Peach You out did me. I just played on the floor with a baby all day today and have the same thing planned for tomorow and monday!!! Whoo Hoo over 3 miles!!!

Walked another 3 miles! Is it possible to pull boob muscles while you are walking??? They are killing me!!!

Peachie - wear a bra to stop stomping on them! Actually, unless your bra gives good firm support, your boobs can ache from the motion. Wanna borrow the metal one?
I am certainly not caught up with you exercise chicks but did walk a mile today with Hershey plugging along beside me.

and I'm embarressed! I've been doing so good, but I couldn't even dance with the mop today! lol

But tomorrow is a better day! I guess I'll have to do double time! Maybe I'll get brave enuff to take DH dancing! Yea right!!

I've still got a few hours before the end of the day, I'll try and get something in....cause....I'VE BEEN SO DETERMINED!!!

Well, I did dance and jiggle with my GD last night, so at least I worked up a bit of a sweat! lol

Today I have to stay home with the painters but I'm going to push mow the front and back yards. We have a huge lot, so that's got to be at least a mile if not more going in all those circles!

Feeling pretty good. A pair of shorts that was feeling a bit snug Monday was a bit looser yesterday, so, something is kicking in!

WHOOOO HOOOOO janice way to go. the dancing does a body great. I may be dancing for food the end of the month and a bit of fun only kidding. You go girl you are really riping the weight off!!!

Peach well if youswing your arms then why not use boob muscles. the walks are great, I am so glad that you are here in this forum, did you do your kegels?? that counts!!

Ruth the mile counts as there is many more than two walking!!

As for me I did 15 min on the oliptical on friday and 25 crunches on the ball

today i did 30 on the oliptical and hit 430 cals, the worked out with my cabana boy!!!OMG he id d get me going hard, arms stomach, legs all the above!!! One of these days!!

The Cabana boy is wearing on me. I did the eliptical again and hit 430 cal in 30 min then did 60 crunches on the ball, my gut hurts!!! but i am going to be in size 12 by Halloween. I swear that i would be in 14's now but my gut so i need to really concentrate on that!!! way to go girls. tomorow I will add this to the success challenge.

Oh by the way bellydancing starts tomorow!!! WHOOO HOOO I can not wait.
