I was at the gym and saw Ozzie. I tild him I needed to be harb body by the end of the mongh can I do it. he started to figutre if i spend about 90 min daily 60 in cardio and 30 in weight lifting and atw only 100 cal and had so much protein i could do it then he asked why.
I told him th eend of the month i was going to start to dance and sell my body as i was out of work. he laughed and then i tole him that i did not have much rhythm and the reply was they are not lookingfor rhythm
but i did 25 min on the oliptical and then 25 hard crunches
curves count and so does jiggling everything counta as long as you are doing it!!!
