Well, my weight isn't moving in the direction that I want. But, at least, I'm re-establishing my near-daily weighing habit. That's a necessary (but not sufficient) condition for my weight loss.
I had only one word when I saw the number of my scale this morning: Woohoo!! It was so nice to see the number move from 24x to 23x. Now I'm going to work hard to slowly make my way down to 22x, recognizing there will be bumps along the way.

I got my first Shingles vaccine yesterday and woke up feeling puffy. I decided that I wasn't that curious about how the vaccine would show up on the scale.
I was pleasantly surprised again this morning. Another Woohoo!! Indeed, I am already at my August goal of 239, halfway through the month. One thing is for sure: I plan to keep doing what I'm doing.

Morning, gardenerjoy. You had a nice drop as well! That's a good idea. I'm targeting 1lb per week and there's about 2 weeks left in August. Plus, I still don't think the 238.8 will hold by tomorrow, since I haven't done anything different in the last two days (although we shall see...fingers crossed!). All that considered, I will reduce my original goal of 239 by 2 lbs. to 237.
Moving in the right direction! Going forward, I'm going to reduce the size of my list to include the start date, along with weekly data at the beginning, followed by the most recent week on a daily basis. Have a nice day!
