No change this morning, which was actually a pleasant surprise, since yesterday I went to my son's house for dinner and he cooked and served an amazing steak dinner. I thought for sure the lovely dinner would not be appreciated by my scales...but they were tolerant. Yeah! I hope you have similar good luck.

Ever since the 19th, I have been suffering with food poisoning, throwing up, not eating...which explains the crazy weight loss. Can't wait to feel better.

Still feeling awful. No longer throwing up, but unable to eat much and in bed pretty well all day. I hope this passes soon.

Continue to feel awful, although tad better than yesterday. I am so weak it's crazy. But look at you...almost to goal...Congrats!

Muffs : I haven't managed to get on the scale, but I'm feeling pretty good. I'm hoping that you start to feel more recovered soon.

I stopped throwing up last Sunday but I'm still so incredibly weak. I have blood work scheduled for Monday to see what is going on. As for the weight, I just eat soup and sleep...no change of any consequence.
