Default Sugar should be in bed!

But she's posting instead.

Grampa Jim sounds like a hoot. For some strange reason, dh is actually considering buying a house in Oregon. Isn't that weird?

I did weights today. Gained a pound and a half but will blame it on PMS and not on too many cookies.

Lushie, there really isn't anyplace on the internet worth visiting except here anyway. No, dear, I am not going to Curves anymore. I just didn't like the atmosphere at my local one. I was trying to explain it to DH yesterday - ppl there are just not too terribly friendly except the person who owns the place and she's too gushy. If I'm going to work out in a circle w/ a bunch of women, I want a little conversation going on. I'm back to walking and lifting my dumb bells for upper body.

If DS is like the rest of the WLB children I'm sure he will be the star of the show.

Sugar, you mean your DH is considering buying a house in Oregon and living here w/ his sweet little Sugar P and kiddos???? We could be neighbors! You could join bunco! And by the way, Grandpa Jim can be a hoot, but he can also be maddeningly frustrating. I don't know how DH got his neatness tendencies, but it wasn't from his father.

It's WW weigh in night! Wish me luck..... Results at 11, or more likely tomorrow am.

Took ds to lunch. Lady in restaurant (country club) offered ds a summer job. YAYYYY!!!!!

Took ds to sporting goods shop where he bought six arrows to replace those lost in the dirt. Man tried to overcharge us. Caught him. HA!!!

Now someone else post.

Default HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I have an adorable little baby niece named Audrey!!

I just got here today -- I took 2.5 days to drive here; I was just too tired out from being sick to go any faster. So I had to spend 2 nights in motel rooms all by my little ol' self... Can you tell I savored every moment of solitude? I had the most beautiful drive on Tuesday--it was warm and sunny and I drove through the Berkshires and the Catskills and spent the night in Saugerties, NY. It was a gorgeous little town. I was thinking I would get up the next morning and have breakfast in a coffee shop I had seen on the way through town and then drive through the beautiful park I had noticed or maybe take a look at the lighthouse. Well, I got up and it was pouring rain. Not exactly what I had in mind. It's been raining ever since. Today in the mountains between VA and NC, it was pouring rain and foggy, not to mention to downhill on curving roads. Very nervewracking.

Oh well, got here anyway. Sis doing well. The little guys are cute as heck; they're really funny. Baby is sweet and cute and smells of baby poop.

We may be looking for a place to live too -- maybe we'll move to Oregon....

Hope it stops raining soon. I can see that running around after these two little monkeys indoors could get old. The older one is quite well behaved these days, but the 2.5 year old is WOW wild!

Default Wow!

Things are looking up!

Peaches and Kiwi both had a fun couple of days - YAHOO! Houses, summer jobs, baby nieces - who could ask for more? You didn't see Frappe down there, did you Kiwi?

Wabby, dh really thinks he'd like to buy a house in Oregon for us to retire in. Can you schedule a bunco game for 25 years from now? I'll bring the dessert

Hmm, no, maybe I ought to go look for her... Didn't she say she was going to be in the Chapel Hill area? She'd probably enjoy it if I dropped by to see her unannounced, dontcha think? Too bad she's not far enough away from here for me to use her house as a motel on my way back, cuz after all, she'd be awfully glad to see me. I think I'll go look her up.

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY, BAGZ AND MR. BAGZ!!!!!

And a big congrats to Peaches for finally doing the house thing! I hope you absolutely love it!

Tomorrow I'm going strawberry picking with my parents and my 2 nephews. Doesn't that sound tasty? Also this will hopefully give my sis and her honey a little time to unwind; she is sooooo tired. The baby is so good, but she is already starting to confuse day for night. She spent most of the day today asleep, and sis couldn't seem to nap for more than a few minutes herself.

Later gators

I am so crushed by that "I wish I had a sister remark that I could barf." Not only am I thrown away by Herbie, the man my sissy found for me, but now by her!!! WHAAAA!!!

Went looking for upholstery material for my sofa. The upholsterer has some for $30 a yard but since he thinks I need 15-18 yards (can that be right? low back, two-cushion sofa)I thought I could do better. Found just exactly what I wanted for $2.95 at WalMart. It's not flame ******ant. Now I need to look for lining that is???
