Hi fellow MFers! And you know I mean Medifasters, not the other connotation associated with those 2 letters, right?

I am giving you a hug because of all of your hard work (and prob cuz I could use one too!) I wanted to share my awesome progress so far w/ MF: to date, after 10 weeks, I have lost 52 life-sucking pounds!!! I've gone down 3 clothing sizes, get tons of compliments, and my bp / cholesterol / blood sugar levels are all in the healthy to good range now! My secrets? REad Dr. A's book, Habits of Health -- it is my bible -- and drink as much water as you can hold....and then drink some more! I also take a One-a-Day Women's Energy multivitamin daily and 2 caplets of Heart Health Fish Oil a day. I am an Elementary School Teacher, and so I walk a good 2 miles / day, and then once home, walk the dog another mile or so. I also kayak, swim, do toning exercises, and I just took my first Zumba class last night...very fun, challenging, but man, am I sore today! Anyway, I wish you the best on your weight loss journeys. I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of all of you hard-working, soul-searching, patient, determined fellow human beings....so thank you for your support and encouragement...together we really can achieve a life w/o limitations!
