Took a day off yesterday, as I was in the ER all night with my boyfriend. Luckily, he's okay now!

-30 mins Wii Fit
-10 mins Hand Weights

This month I will have a house guest for 10 days. I'm not sure how much exercise I'll be able to get in, but I'm going to try to get in 400 minutes in during that time. For the rest of the month I will try to get 600 minutes in per week. So my goal will be 2200 minutes for the month of August.
Sunday: 70 minutes Swimming Laps
Personal For Month of August: 70 Minutes
Goal for Month = 2200 Minutes
Group: 663 + 70 = 733 minutes
