Hey ladies! Feeling pretty pumped today, I just got finished with my upper body and abs workout. I love lifting weights! So can someone fill me in on this C25K program? Sounds interesting, although unsure of myself jogging or running but I'd still like to check it out. Thanks ladies, everyone kick some @$$ today!

count me in as well....

started this week with a 1 1/2 hour brisk walk...then felt smug and thought i was exempt the rest of the week..*sheesh* talk about bsing urself!!
in germany they have a metaphor for giving yourself a swift kick to the behind= overcoming your inner "schweinehund" (literal transl=pigdog...basically ur evil pathologically comfy lazy self ) so, look out schweinehund!

Hey ladies, hope everyone's having a good day so far. I'm not sure what I'm doing for cardio today, elliptical maybe. Anyone try the Burn and Firm pilates DVD? It's pretty good. I love how tall I feel after pilates!

jandaman- schweinehund= awesome! ha..ha..I've never heard the expresion before

Have a great day everyone..

hi ladies! I'm not doing anything today or tomorrow! Mandatory overtime days for me- and well honestly after spending 10 hours at work i just come home, have some dinner, and then slide off into my nighttime coma.

Okay, I'm in. I've done cardio for the last three days, today I'm taking a day off of cardio and going to do some "other" stuff, including but not limited to, squats, lunges, pushups, crunches, jumping jacks yaddayaddayadda...I hope to do so many crunches that I'll hurt, I want to feel the PAIN in my core.
