Ollie, It didn't specify a weight, but I recommend 2-5 pounds as a start. Even with light weights, my arms were on fire. I think it's because I am severely out of shape.

rock on ollie and robot! keep it up and u'll be all lean and mean for winter solstice instead of flabby and crabby like the rest of us (i mean me)
love to join youse guyse but my back's thrown out so no workout possible....mebbe physiotherapy counts?

I did 30 Day Shred again. I felt a little sore when I woke up, but I sucked it up and continued with the workout.

well, i missed my cardio today. it's a little after ten and i have been working on a project all night. i thought for a minute there i'd be motivated to do one now, but man oh man, i just want to crawl in bed. but i've ate well all week, so i'm still positive about this whole thang.

here's to hoping i roll outta bed into some spandex in the morning.

Thanks, ollie. You only missed one day and it was for a good reason. When you finish with your project, get some sleep, and then do some morning cardio.
