The extreme fat smash sounds intense! How is it working for you? What do you have to do? I'm just eating healthy food really - and doing some exercise dvds at home. Seems to be working!

I just dropped from 223 to 217 in the last few days, so really really happy!

Thoughts?
For me the second I see 199 on that scale, that will become my weight. Then I tell myself that's what I weigh until the scale moves down again, I weigh everyday and the scale fluctuates all the time it tends to move downward every week or so and as soon as it does the low number becomes my current weight. It helps me stay on track.

Of course for a week and a half MY scale has stayed right on 200(sometimes 201) It's annoying I want it to go down so bad, I'm doing everything I can think of and NOTHING!

Congrats to everyone who made it, hopefully I will be joining you soon!

I made it today!!! At the beginning of the week I was stuck at 202, but I think I wasn't eating enough, so I decided to let go and eat a bit more (all healthy of course) and when I got on the scale this morning I saw the magical number! I've also been trying to drink a lot of water, so I think that's what did it!

Congrats to the onederland queens of today. The extreme fat smash diet works well for me. It taught me how to eat helthy and still be full. It's not restrictive to me. I'm down from 221 to 206 already.

I'm getting sooo close! 201 today. It's been very slow lately, but I'm hoping to make it in the next couple of weeks. I haven't been below 200 in over 10 years!

While I weigh-in daily, I only have one "official" weigh-in per week. When I hit 199 on an official weigh in, I will consider myself in onderland.

I've fiiiinally got under the 250 mark, at 248.2. So, officially closer to onederland than the 300s!

Aclai,
I never did good on weight watchers - I need to be told exactly what to put in my mouth until it forms a habit. LOL

Equinata - I was just wandering around the different threads, and I saw your post and have a suggestion. You might wanna look into seeing a nutritionist. I was able to see one for only $30, and she listened to me tell her everything I ate, had me keep a diet journal for a week (and didn't even pass out when she saw I was eating 6,000 calories a day...yeah, i know, ew...), and then made up a diet plan specifically designed for me. It might be a good idea for you since she could tell you exactly what to put in your mouth (lol). Just an idea.

Good Morning Ladies,

Thank you Angee. I actually will be seeing one very soon. I have a physical scheduled this Friday and will go from there. I have seen one once before when I first started battling the bulgde. LOL At that point it was noticed that my eating habits where very sparodic because I was always busy. I have since had closure on a lot of those things that made me extremely busy and tied up all of my time so this go round I am making sure to eat on a every 3 to 4 hour schedule, but I may still be a little short on the calories since I am only doing brown rice, veggies, fruits, beans, wheat bread, yogurts, water - and am choosing everything with a lower calorie count. I am just one of those people who try very hard and it seems like nothing works. I've been at it for a whole month already and I'm still stuck at 206lbs. I work out too regularly and have been since I started, that I never stopped. I am going to start a boot camp in January in hopes of someone besides myself kicking my butt and hopefully getting these pounds off of me. I will also ask my doctor to do hormone tests on me because the past two years have been a roller coaster in that department. I started having adult acne problems, miscarriages, and all.

Mickey - search Weight Watchers Materials on ebay, and just buy the food companion and the dining out companion and a points calculator....thats all that I've got and I don't go to meetings or pay for anything and it's working wonders for me. If you can't even afford that, there are online point calculators. I've checked them for accuracy and they're always right...so you could always just use those. You can find the quiz for how many points you should be eating online as well. =D

I'm definitely 203.9...which isn't far from 204.1....but it's something smaller so I'm okay with it. I can't WAIT for 199...=D
