I didn't exercise for 3 days because of this seminar I was attending, but today I got back on track with 100 minutes! 50 min weight training, following by 15 minutes on the elliptical, and then 35 minutes of snow shovelling (which looks like is not over yet!)
Group total ~ 12,815 + 100 = 12,915 min
We seemed to start a little slow, but are doing really well now! Keep on moving everyone!!!
Decided my 20 minutes of snow shoveling counts, since I didn't have to do it, I did it for the exercise. Added to my 20 minutes on the elliptical and I've got 40 more to report!
and yes, I am sore today You would think that it would have been my legs, but its my back. I did some yoga this afternoon before the Treadmill and it stretched out my muscles pretty well. I like yoga!!
A minor car accident on Friday left me without exercise for too long over the weekend I finally got to the gym last night just for cardio. Looks like I have to wait a little while before I start working on my arms (my neck is sore). So...hopefully I'll still meet goal.
