K -- I can't remember if you are just starting to run... But here is what I think... Make sure you have the right runners for YOU... Have you been fitted by someone in a specialty running store... That was the best investment I've ever made.... Secondly, I also USED to get sore knees, since taking Glucosamine twice/day faithfully, I don't have any problems, unless I forget to take it... Make sure you start gradually... Are you weight training to strenghten the muscles around the knee, this also helps tremendously... Keep us posted...
I've had some very good runs this week...I ran 10.5K sunday, did a leg workout on Monday, ran to and from the gym on Tuesday (2.5K there and back)worked back and biceps, Wednesday ran to the gym again worked shoulders, Today I worked legs again only at the gym, no run, Friday I am aiming for a run to the gym again with a chest and tricep workout... Food had been good calorie wise but not as clean as I'd like...But I'm feeling good and that's a bonus
