Sorry to hog the board, but I'm excited to be back. I WILL stick to it this time! ( I think that's what Debi would say)

I have to get that positive self talk going again. That REALLY did help before. I took all my pills this AM and ate my oatmeal and cheese. I'm drinking my grapefruit supplement and my water. I'm @ 151 today. I want to be down to 115 at the end of this journey. That's 36 lbs. From what Kasey @ my center told me, I was losing 2.8-3.3 lbs per week before, so I could actually get to my goal within 12 weeks. That would be awesome, but I know that Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years (going to NYC for New Years Eve) are around the corner. I want to be positive, but realistic as well. I plan on starting an exercise routine again and am just trying to figure out how to work it all in. I will be working closer to full-time in the next 6 weeks than I have in the last 8 months and I'll be out at restaurants all the time (I'm selling Medicare Advantage plans and we do seminars at restaurants). That's going to be hard, but I plan on taking all my "stuff" with me.
I KNOW this plan works. I looked at tons of pictures of me from my lowest weights and I want to get back there again. I was so thin and toned looking. There's a huge difference between then and now.
