Well, I just read about the article today. I don't know if I can do 600 cals in the morning. I enjoy my dinner, always have. I did however do 300 cal breakfast and 100 cal snacks. Don't know if it was working or not but I do know I didn't feel too hungry often. I have now decided to go down to 250 cals for Breakfast and Lunch to reduce my total calorie intake. I want to see how this works. If it doesn't work then maybe I'll up my breakfast and lower dinner. I think it's what works for you individually. I was like you wondering too if someone was already trying it here and seeing definite improvements. Originally Posted by Nori71

Yes, Fae is on her India trip right now. I believe she's going to be there for a month or so.

If you can find a way to lose more each week, go for it! I'm sure you'll do it in a healthy manner.
) So, while I can't easily count points on everything, I'm doing my best to not eat until I'm stuffed, and to choose things that seem maybe healthier. Also, there is no time for snacking, so I'm really only getting 3 meals a day. Whether that's good or bad... I don't know, yet. Only time will tell.
This weekend will be productive enough as I have several household projects on my list. My plan is to stay too busy to go near the kitchen. I've not lost anything this week...no big surprise there. I've also not gained, so I'm feeling somewhat victorious. I am feeling very optimistic about staying on-plan and losing in the coming months. There is something about having non-weight related goals that help me focus on the weight loss. The plan to go back to school has re-energized and re-focused me.
