11/05: 159.4 lbs - terrible PMS but no relief yet
11/06: 159.0 lbs - still not back to last week's low and no visitor....I feel it's a repeat of September.... getting old is a $%#@*
11/07: 158.0 lbs - no visitor but pms gone and back down to last week's weight
11/08: 158.2 lbs
11/09: 158.2 lbs - looking for a decent drop soon, BODY!
11/10: 156.8 lbs - finally!
11/11: 157.4 lbs - temporary bump after last night's pub grub

I'm sorry I haven't posted the last couple of days. I have had a very rough week. I had to say a final goodbye to my cat on Friday and it's been so heartbreaking. I'm going to try to get back into the swing of posting daily now though. I do have some good news! I stepped on the scale this morning and I weigh 170. Changing my ticker, I just realized that I've lost 50 lbs!

I'm besotted with my little Georgie. Must be very hard for you. Hopefully won't be long before your grief turns into happy joyful memories.
