  • I've been headed the wrong direction for days. I haven't been doing my worst, but I haven't been doing my best either. Time for a focus on serving sizes! I want to see if I can end the month near my low.

    I honestly hate to miss anyone and you are allll an inspiration! Just being on the journey and even losing and orrr working towards it is such a huge success so congratulations to all! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.

    I have not been in , no! lol So much is going on I would not know where to begin and the last I checked I lost 1.8 lbs but have since gone off and no idea where I stand!!! The only thing I know is that no matter what happens, it's time to get right back on the horse and I will do so! Life will throw blows here and threre, it is what we do with it! With that being said, my plan is to get back strict and give it my best shot to do the best I can in meeting my Christmas goal.

    You are all doing so great, keep up the great work and don't let anything or anyone sway you! and yes, I will try and take my own advice much love ladies, keep up the great work and let's kick butt! Weekend boater, a.k.a full steam ahead!

    Thanks to everyone for the encouragement! I'm in the very early stages of my weight loss quest (almost 10 pounds lost, but 50 to go) and I admire those of you who have lost 30, 40 or 50 pounds already and are still losing. It helps me to post each day on this board - I hope we do this again for December.
