    I'm sorry I haven't posted the last couple of days. I have had a very rough week. I had to say a final goodbye to my cat on Friday and it's been so heartbreaking. I'm going to try to get back into the swing of posting daily now though. I do have some good news! I stepped on the scale this morning and I weigh 170. Changing my ticker, I just realized that I've lost 50 lbs!

  • Hi, and thanks for the welcome Gardenerjoy and Jaqui D. Today's weight 278. Seven pounds so far. So my goal for November now is 274. Sorry to hear about your cat Jaqui. I'm besotted with my little Georgie. Must be very hard for you. Hopefully won't be long before your grief turns into happy joyful memories.
