Good morning and Happy Friday everyone.

I finally broke thru 194 and this morning and I weighed 193.2. I have not seen this number is years!!! Now if the scale keeps going down and I can make 190 before I head out on a cruise in 2 weeks I'll be a happy camper.

11/09: 158.2 lbs - looking for a decent drop soon, BODY!
11/10: 156.8 lbs - finally!
11/11: 157.4 lbs - temporary bump after last night's pub grub

Not sure why the weight is falling off so fast this month.....with the cold and dark weather, I actually have been feeling hungrier, but I must be making enough good choices. This is the lowest I have been since 1998!!!

Yay! to everyone so far, this is looking like a really good month for many of us!
I LOVE this thread.....it keeps me SO motivated and feeling happy and positive for everyone's successes and honesty!

Ah....Thanksgiving will be Friday evening at our house so the kids and their others can all make it and spend the night. My prob is not the sweets but the savories....dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, oh my! Last year I shipped the pies off with the kids when they left just in case.
