206.6 this morning and I felt confident enough to change my ticker. That's almost three pounds down. It would be awesome to hit 200 by the end of August but it's only a week away so it probably won't happen.

After making my July and August goals, I can only hope I can keep this up and make my September goal of 10 lbs as well!

178.6. im with too big- anything under 180 makes me happy. danger day 1= complete. i actually didn't consume that many "booze" calories last night, but i did decide to eat some crap RIGHT before going out. i was STARVING all day, guess it evens out. today is the danger day, so i will be practicing self-control. both with delicious creamy boozes, and the best desserts/cupcakes/snacks EVER. the thing with this bachlorette, is that the "food" is ALWAYS very good. but all calorie bombs.

168 this morning.

Chili cookoff next weekend so I will be trying to save back a few calories this week. I see lots of veggies in my future.

i ate some carby, carby things at a bachlorette party last night, that i won't even admit to.

then i had a little...pig out session nice and early this morning? pre-coffee? i can't explain it.

didn't weigh this morning, scared to weigh at the moment. i think i am going to try to wean myself off the carbs and hold off the scale for a few days- then do one weigh in at the end of the month. i know iwon't see the low 170's, but i am hoping to be in the 178's!

208 this morning, up two pounds. I had a brat and chips and seven layer bean dip at a party yesterday. I actually did pretty well as far as keeping it small but I should have left off the bun. Lots of water today to flush out the water retention for my official weigh-in tomorrow.

Well, I have been away & all over the place this week. I weighed myself when I got back today & was same weight I was at weigh-in last Sunday. So, pretty chuffed considering I was off-plan and not paying a lot of attention. Since I weighed in the late afternoon, I hope to be a little lighter tomorrow morning.

Yep, 219.4. So lost 0.6 lbs I'm very pleased considering I was off-plan for the week!

166 this morning. I am very pleased at the number but wondering how someone who has weighed everyday for almost three years can still get surprised on the scale.

I hope everyone has a great and on plan week.

woowhoo toobig!! you are killing it! I've got to recatch up with you! I don't even want to talk about this weekend. I didn't do well at the fair... at all. But I am back on plan today and I am seriously going to kill it to be back to 165 by Sept 10th!! 2 weeks... that is 15lbs in two weeks... I think I can do it since I'm not sure how much of the 180 is actual weight and how much of it is water weight/bloat ect ect... I have got to stop making excuses and giving up on what I've worked so hard for thus far... it's very discouraging. I am actually really ready for summer to be over with I have a much easier time in the winter not making excuses and I could for sure do without the cabin which is where I always seem to pig out... I need to see those 160ies again and if I could just stick to plan for more than 2 darn days I know I would. I don't know what's wrong with my brain lately but it's time to kick it back into gear!! I won't be seeing my goal for the month that's for sure, as of now it's to see the 160ies again... UGH I am a firm believer in the quote if you're tired of starting over quit giving up... I just need to start living it again!
