stimkovs- It's ok. I had a very off weekend too. I forgot to count and got too snacky and even forgot to wear my fitbit. I have my fitibit on this morning and am planning out my food today in effort to get some structure to this routine.

oh man, i forgot how hungry you get after a double workout. i literally ate all day yesterday (all healthy- with the exception of my current fixation on feta cheese. mmmmm salty). still went down .2, but i'm assuming there's a little water weight hanging around as well. i want to see the 170s again this week.

also, my "fat pants" (a size 10. ya really, my fat pants are a size 10???) are too big. like, weird crotch too big. again, fantastic. hahaha

edit : it's 9:32 am and i've already eaten my food till like,3 pm + working through an extra coffee.

apparently, IM HUNGRY. hahaha

Bridgette where do you want to lose weight? Cause you look perfect to me! When I saw that pic of you and your family I was like ??? She's perfect. But I get it, I know we all have our goals. I have no abdominal muscles and perpetually look 7 months pregnant and so here i am. But seriously if I looked as good as you i'd flip everyone else the bird!

I am actually okay not losing anymore!! It would be nice to lose some more in my legs, but I'm actually pretty happy at this weight, 154 is my goal because that's what's considered "a healthy weight" for someone my height according to a bmi calculator, I am getting a tummy tuck and my arms tucked too and that will help

167.5 this morning. I had to work out in the heat all day yesterday so it was water loss but it still made me smile on the scale this morning. I hope everyone has a great day.

I have almost already reached my goal! I'm down 2 lbs since last Wednesday and reaching closer to my 2nd goal of getting out of the 230's. I'm so motivated!

Bridgette, nice! Have you already scheduled the tummy and arms tuck? What an incredible amount of weight you've lost. You've worked so hard!

Looks like every one's doing super this week! Great stuff! I was a little overwhelmed by a personal issue yesterday so had about 5 double shots of whiskey (which I don't even like). I'm just going to keep my eye on this, don't want to swap my food addiction for an alcohol addiction. I think I should start journaling again. Calories in journaling - 0 Lol - rambling much. 63.7 kgs this morning.

165 this morning... been doing good too.. I don't know what gives. I'm still not too discouraged, it's just annoying, I ate dinner later than I normally do so that might have something to do with it? Who knows. I worked out and ate a little under calories yesterday.. maybe too much sodium?

Bridgette - if you don't mind me asking, what's a tummy tuck/arms running cost wise? If I had something done, those would be the two things so I'm curious.
