Nothing like trying on clothes to make us feel like crap. Just remind yourself you've lost 24 pounds and you'll be in those 18s soon.

Northern rose - you'll get there!!

65.7 kgs this morning. OMG. Not going to go all psychotic on myself. I'll just revert to what I was doing and focus on the small goals. Wondering now whether it all started with that one cheat day. Lol.

Mer du Japon- Way to go!!!!

170 for me this morning. I am coming down with a cold which some how turned into me eating hundreds of extra calories yesterday. I do not know what my problem is.

bridgettedavis- i did that a couple of months ago. please don't beat yourself up and keep posting updates!!

mer du japon - CONGRATS!!

toobig- colds are a pain. but you do need to give yourself extra calories so that your body can fight!!

me: over ate (will spare details, it included the cake from my birthday which is still hanging out in my freezer. fondant, tiffany blue, and everything else is in the fridge.) today: studio, went to the fair, ate half a blooming onion, felt gross, walked 3 k. weighed right before bed. 181.6. praying to the scale gods that i see 179.8 tomorrow- i will be okay with that.

i have some pretty packed days coming up including a going away, a bachlorette, and a job interview, and i need to hang in there. i also bought a groupon for a 2 month gym membership. i neeed to activate it tomorrow. since i wont be able to make it to the studio (and if i do , it won't be until 8 pm tomorrow) i WILL go check it out.

ALSO my trip to Ottawa this weekend? so i was talking to a friend. i have gained about 10 lbs since i left ottawa at the end of april (aka i gained 20, and re-lost 10 hahah). regardless, i practiced there and my friend told me the studio director made a comment about how i have a smoke show body? HELLLOO. maybe that was what made the blooming onion okay? anyways, yes i know it's gross. but blooming onions and funnel cakes are my FAVOURITE fair foods. this is my second blooming onion this summer, and i've had 1 funnel cake haha.

sorry for the ramble.

170.5 this morning. I don't even want to talk about it.

I feel you on the fair foods. We have our fair coming up and the chili cook off. I love fair foods.

180.6. going to the new gym this morning (After i finish caffinating + oatmeal-ing ha ha).

toobig- fair foods, are a glorious catch. you know you're going to feel gross. but it's so delicious. pick one thing, look forward to it, and eat slow! that way the grossness kicks in faster and you stop lol

I'm trying to get a little protein in for breakfast instead of cereal. Two fried eggs on a piece of toast with a little saracha and a couple strawberries. Mmmm! Not bad for 300 cals.

207.8 on the scale this moring. Heading in the right direction.

66. something this morning. Wonderful. I honestly don't recall what the something was; the 66 grabbed all my attention. I'm hungry all the time. And tho I'm not snacking as much, I'm overeating like crazy.

I didn't weigh in this morning... due to not being at home, but it was an awful day yesterday and another awful day today. This weekend is the fair and the cabin. Yuck. I am going to try to stay true to my diet for the entire weekend.. it's so annoying and frustrating that everyone can just eat all that crap at the fair and I don't get to... but I know if I can avoid it all together I will be much happier as I'm walking out. I will regret eating it I will not regret passing it up. How do I remind myself of that at the fair though? I'm thinking I'll be back up into the 180ies tomorrow morning.. maybe 179 or so. I feel myself actually gaining weight.. not just water weight and bloat so it's time to stop allowing myself to binge. Changing my ticker today too.

bridgettedavis- my "go to" tricks are: 1. iced coffee, 2 splenda, little bit of skim (the skim just for colour)- i ballpark it around 50 cal for a grande at starbs. so i mean, iced coffee + the same combo at the fair= same thing. unsweetened iced tea (or iced tea with splenda) or a diet coke. more frequently i go for the iced coffee, or the diet coke. coffee fills you up. diet coke- the bubbles fill me up. fairs also have corn on the cob! there ARE healthy choices. if you really want something "BAD". candy apple, or a ice cream cone. those are the minimally "bad" foods. personally, im carbosaurus rex, so ...well you see where that's got me hahaha

carryonloosing- don't freak out. don't try to compensate. you're hungry? eat. eat at maintenance. the more you freak, and punish yourself the worse it will get im back tracking 20 lbs because of this.

coolmom- i personally find that toast makes me ravenous. so does cereal. how about 2 hardboiled eggs and oatmeal? or 1 hardboiled egg and oatmeal? or eggs and yogurt or something?

nightly update: i saw 178.6 post studio tonight. do you like how i manage to lose 2 lbs of weight throughout the day? hahaha. i know it's totally just water and i will get it back pronto, but if i see anything below 177.6 tomorrow, i will scream, that's where i stopped updating my ticker!! hahah i did 2 workouts today. i actually bought a groupon for 29 bucks for a gym that's like, 2 major intersections away from my house. surprisingly, it's great! given my current uh, "gainful underemployment" i have lots of time!! lol BUT this weekend is going to be super hectic. going out with friends. to the bars tomorrow night, and going to a bachlorette on saturday night. i am pretty much socially obligated to drink which means i'm eating REALLY clean, no extras, and as high volume/low caloric density as humanly possible hopefully this weekend. the bachlorette is also going to have "snacks". i am terrified. actually TERRIFIED.

Stimkovs- one of my fav breakfasts is oatmeal and two strips of bacon. Mmmmm!

Tonight's dinner is a winner. Frozen yogurt and a Bud Light Lime. Woot! Lol still within my calorie budget.
