I ran 7K today on my lunch hour. The sidewalks are a total mess. I ended up going on the road... and the traffic wasn't too happy about that but I don't care he he he.
Tomorrow it's 7K again and the same on Friday and once more on Saturday. Then on Sunday it's 16K. I should be losing a bit of weight next week for sure!

We got some snow here today and last night a little. It has been around 2 degrees..brrr. I changed it up by running on the track instead of the treadmill on Thursday and the variety helped a bit. I am so ready for spring to be here. It's been a busy week with classes and tests and working but I stayed on track healthy eating throughout the stress. I am so proud
. I loves my oatmeal. Ha. Tonight I am cooking with ground turkey for the first time. Anybody have any ideas to try?
. Otherwise it was great. No pain today and the scale was down to 140.1 this morning. I am so tickled pink!
