BeachB was and is 189.
MelO was 186.5 now 182. (The 186.5 was a fluke weight so it's not really down 4.5 pounds. But I had to take the weight "gain" so I'm happy to take the "loss.")
I'm amazed as I threw caution under the bus this week and we went camping which involved much overindulgence. Apparently this challenge will be used for maintaining my weight lol
I'm still the same at 174.5, though I flirted with 174 for 2 days. It was last night that did it for me. I got really low sugar around midnight last night; had 30 teddy crackers and 2 pieces of bread, one loaded with jam, the other was untoasted cinnamon toast before my sugar got under control at 1:30. And it dropped again this morning, so I might go for another piece of toast. I didn't bother to get up for my run at 6am since it takes me about 24 hours to recover.
But at least I was on the track to staying at 79.1 until this happened. My calories were under for the day (probably why I got low sugar in the first place).
This week. This week will be the breakthrough. I'm back on track and ready to rock.
