But I do want to wear my clothes without "messing" with them: pulling, tugging, arranging, pulling over hips, etc. Just to wear clothes and feel like a second skin. Not tight, just well-fitting.

I too, weigh myself everyday and it can be maddening! The scale goes up and down within the hour. If you are going to weigh each day, then just remind yourself that it will go up and it will go down....
