I just had to bump this again! I had remembered seeing it a while back and just searched it out as I am currently phasing off for vacation myself. I will be gone for a full month - so very scared....

I decided to Phase 1 it for the week with some extra water. Will start Phase 2 on Friday as planned and move to Phase 3 in two-weeks. Going away for 3 weeks and coming back to Phase 1 for a few weeks...

current weight and X by 10 (plus the extra 3-500 for baby) seems like sufficient calorie intake while pregnant so long as we are adequately eating from the 4 food groups! For me this would be 1400ish...
