just for today:

after work i will have a chocolate larabar for a snack,
then have a salad for dinner.

and i will not have any cheesecake
or any coffee.

but i will have tea with raw honey instead, and berries and or raw cheese for a snack.

i will have a larabar and a nice big salad afterwork for a snack and dinner.

i will also go to the gym either after work, or in the evening.
