I will work out at Curves

I will connect with my HP often so I can accomplish the important things today that He wants me to do and slow down the list in my head.

Stomach hungry, that is, not "my mouth is craving ....."hungry
And I will stop eating when my hunger is satisfied, not when I'm ready to explode.

Kaebea, I finally had to look up Indo board as I didn't know what it was, it looks hard to me but then I'm 66!

I saw it at a surf shop up at lake Erie this summer and i was just so intrigued by it! a few months later i ended up getting one off ebay! Love it

and i will eat <2000 calories.

Just for today, i will finish out the day with just a small salmon salad, and herbal coffee to stay within my calorie range.
(I also have already done my swimming-woohoo )

huh, i guess i didn't post todays!
just for today (feb1) i will swim laps for 45 minutes. (Done!)
just for today i will eat <2000 calories.
