Just for today, I will eat only when I am hungry.
Stomach hungry, that is, not "my mouth is craving ....."hungry
And I will stop eating when my hunger is satisfied, not when I'm ready to explode.

I saw it at a surf shop up at lake Erie this summer and i was just so intrigued by it! a few months later i ended up getting one off ebay! Love it
Just for today
I will do my yoga DVD
and i will eat <2000 calories.
Just for today, i will finish out the day with just a small salmon salad, and herbal coffee to stay within my calorie range.
(I also have already done my swimming-woohoo )
