I've been doing bull$hit for 35 years, got fat (200lb, 5’9″ ) and became a lazy ***. And I got rid of it in a very painful but quick way in 3 days. I'll make it short: I started getting up at 5 am, running and taking cold showers.
I got myself really fired up and two weeks ago I came up with the 100DaysToTransform challenge: do 100 challenges in 100 days. It's kind of a crazy plan. The first day, I got up at 5am for the first time in my life and noticed I felt better. The second day I got up at 5am and went for a run - I had energy! On the third day I got up at 5am, went for a run and took a cold shower - the freezing blast knocked all the depression out of me.
By the way, I started shooting videos of myself and posting them on youtube so I wouldn't have a way back. And IT WORKED! It's now Day11 and I'm continuing)
