I may either decrease my caloric intake to 1500 calories a day, or start eating more vegetables and fruits and less wheat bread and brown rice. I'm going to start walking every morning before I go to work on Monday, so I know that will help too. Any suggestions??? How much brown rice and wheat bread should I be eating a day? (I eat brown rice every 2-3 days.)

I wouldn't limit your intake of wheat and brown rice that much. Oh and there are tons of other great complex carbs that can jumpstart weight loss. (i.e. Barley, millet, whole oats, steel cut oats, quinoa** etc.) I love quinoa and it is a complete protein! That is the fuel that your body needs in order to lose the weight. It sounds like you have hit a small obstacle where your body has gotten used to what you are eating and is holding on to each and every bit of it. I am also trying to figure out how many servings to eat of grains, fruits/veggies, fats, etc. It isn't easy and the days that I manage to get all my servings in, I really do eat a lot. . .but still lose the weight!
